1. Furniture

• Provide secure padding to your furniture.

• Do not use tape directly on wood or painted surface.

• Wrap the furniture with blanket or Bubble Wrap.

• If possible, remove the legs from the furniture.

• Place the screws and wing nuts in plastic bags and envelopes, tape them and place them in the underside of the furniture.

• To protect against scratches, coat fine wooden furniture with wax.

• Place sofa cushions and pillows in bags, so that they can be used as fillers or pads in the trailer.

• Move the drawers with clothes inside it. See that the drawers do not get open during the transit.
